Kaylee Fechter was born in St. Louis MO. She has been dancing for 14 years and is currently a Junior at  Lafayette High School and a student Wildwood Dance. She has been dancing at Wildwood Dance for 6 years.  She has been a teacher’s assistant for 7 years and wants to become a professional dancer  when she graduates from college. She is a member of the Senior Company for Danse Arts Company and has been in Missouri Ballet Theater’s “Nutcracker”! In Danse Arts Company productions she has had lead roles in the Winter Show as Snow Queen, Marzipan Lead, and Spanish Lead. She has also been in the Corps, for Waltz of the Flowers and Snow. She is currently taking advanced ballet classes and is in Jazz 4/5.
At Lafayette High School, she is a member of the Drama Club and was a crew member in the schools  production of “Little Shop of Horrors”.  She is a member of Renaissance, an award for students with outstanding grades. She participates in the A+ Program, which helps earns college tuition for  tutoring  other students. Kaylee has been honored with the Choice Award from a staff member at Lafayette High School. Students chosen for the Choice Award are honored for their outstanding character at school and in the community.
