Newsflash

Congratulations to our wonderful Danse Arts Company dancers who marched and danced during annual Ballwin Days Parade this weekend.  For the third year in a row we received an award for our float and dancers.  A thank you to all the parents that walked the parade and helped clean the stage today during the rain so that we could keep dancing when it broke.  Way to go!  To next year!

Jennifer Cooper has been with Wildwood Dance and Arts over the last year.  Jennifer is expanding her courses here at WDA.  She has a strong clientelle and new yoga clothing lines available.  She is joining us in our new venture in renovating the new facility to accomodate all 'arts'.  Relocated from Nashville, Jennifer has been practicing yoga for the last 8 years, completed level I and II of her teacher certification from Yoga Fit, and has completed 200 hours as a registered teacher with Yoga Alliance. She and her husband Tim are the proud parents of 2 daughters. Jennifer started yoga due to a back injury that resulted in several degenerative discs. As she has continued her practice she noticed that her physical ailments slowly diminished and her confidence and strength increased beyond her expectations. Jennifer has found incredible physical rewards, but explains that it is truly a practice to strenthen the power of your mind and heart as much as your body. Come try and class- you'll be amazed at how you feel! Aromatherapy used during sessions.

"It's time to give others the benefits I have received from yoga. I look forward to seeing you in class. Namaste~ Jennifer"
